In December of 2020, the US Government passed a Covid Relief Bill that had other smaller bills attached. One of these bills will prohibit the US Post Office from shipping any vapor-related products and will go into effect on or around March 28th, 2021, and no later than April 26 or 27th. UPS, FedEx and DHL will also stop shipment of vapor products at about the same time. These companies will not ship to you, the customer, from any vapes shops or online retailers. The bill makes it illegal to ship all vapor products; devices, tanks, coils and e-liquid. It does not, however, make it illegal to own and use these products.
We are still here to help you and ask for your patience as we develop a new way forward. We remain grateful for all the trust and business you’ve given us and we’ll still be here to serve our community. This is not a time to worry. We’re well stocked and are working hard to keep our inventory full. There are a lot of you and there's only a few of us, so please understand that we have to implement some changes.
• Please think ahead about what you will need and, when possible, order a one month supply. Since we can’t ship, this will greatly enhance our ability to get to all of you. If a one month order is impossible, please contact us and we’ll try to work with you.
• Now that the ban is in effect, we can no longer take orders through our website that require mail shipment. If we've hand delivered products to you in the past, you will continue to get the same service. If we've shipped products to you in the past, we ask that you contact us directly with an email, Facebook message, text or phone call. All orders will receive an acknowledgement response if we have you age verified in our system. Our contact info is listed below.
• On March 28th 2021, all outstanding coupon and promotional codes will no longer be valid.
As our new business plan evolves, there may be additional changes, but we will always do our best to make ordering from us as easy as possible during these difficult and challenging times. If you need anything immediately, our retail store in Wilmington, DE, Blue Dream Vapor Express, is still open and fully operational.
